「糸竹」は、古典邦楽の現在をリードする演奏家・三代青木鈴慕（琴古流尺八）と岡村慎太郎（箏・三味線）を中心に活動する、古典演奏に特化したプロジェクトチームです。これまでに紀尾井小ホールにて3回の単独公演を開催しています。名称「糸竹」は、琴古流尺八の人間国宝であった二代青木鈴慕が好んで揮毫した書から着想を得たものです。

　多種多様な地歌、生田流箏曲、宮城道雄作品、琴古流尺八など、江戸から昭和初期にかけての邦楽器による古典音楽の粋を、箏・三絃・十七絃・胡弓・尺八といった多彩な楽器編成で演奏します。広く知られた古典の名曲はもとより、ここにしか伝承されていない稀曲にも光をあて、多彩なレパートリーを展開します。

Ito-Take — Bringing the Refined Beauty of Japanese Classical Music into the Present

Ito-Take is a classical performance project led by two of today’s foremost artists in the traditional Japanese music world: Aoki Reibo Ⅲ(Kinko-ryū shakuhachi) and Okamura Shintarou (koto and sangen). The name Ito-Take was inspired by calligraphy favored by Aoki Reibo II, a Living National Treasure of the Kinko-ryū shakuhachi school.

 

The ensemble’s repertoire encompasses a wide range of jiuta, Ikuta-ryū koto music, works by Miyagi Michio, and Kinko-ryū shakuhachi honkyoku, drawing from traditions that flourished from the Edo period through the early 20th century. Performances feature a rich variety of instrumental combinations, including koto, sangen, jūshichigen (17-string koto), kokyū, and shakuhachi. In addition to widely recognized classical masterpieces, Ito-Take brings attention to rare pieces passed down through specific lineages, offering a uniquely diverse and refined musical experience.
